پدیده جزیره حرارتی سطحی شهری (SUHII) یکی از مهمترین چالشهای محیطزیستی ناشی از گسترش شهرنشینی است که بهطور مستقیم بر کیفیت زندگی، مصرف انرژی و سلامت شهری تأثیر میگذارد. در این پژوهش، با هدف تحلیل زمانی–مکانی SUHII و شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر آن، دادههای دمای سطح زمین حاصل از تصاویر ماهوارهای MODIS در بازه زمانی ۲۰۰۲ تا ۲۰۲۳ برای شهر تهران مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. برای تحلیل اثرات محیطی، از مدل رگرسیون چندمتغیره OLS همراه با ترمهای تعاملی استفاده شد و آزمونهای آماری من-کندال و VIF بهمنظور تحلیل روند و تشخیص همخطی متغیرها به کار گرفته شدند. نتایج نشان داد که شدت SUHII در فصول مختلف دارای الگوهای متفاوتی بوده و تنها در فصل زمستان روند کاهشی معناداری مشاهده شد (Z = –2.09, p = 0.037) .شاخصهای AOD (آلودگی هوا) و NDVI (پوشش گیاهی) بیشترین تأثیر را بر شدت گرمایش شهری داشتند و ترکیب تعاملی AOD × WSA نیز اثر افزایشی معناداری نشان داد. یکی از نوآوریهای پژوهش حاضر، تمرکز بر تحلیل فصلی بلندمدت به همراه ارزیابی اثرات ترکیبی متغیرهاست؛ رویکردی که در اغلب مطالعات پیشین مغفول مانده یا بهصورت تجمیعی انجام شده است. همچنین، با مقایسه پژوهش حاضر با مطالعاتی چون Zhang et al. (2025) و Wang et al. (2020)، مشخص شد که روش آماری رگرسیون تعاملی، با وجود محدودیتهایی نظیر فقدان دادههای ترافیک یا اطلاعات کالبدی ساختمانها، میتواند در مقیاس شهری دقت بیشتری در تحلیل روابط علی فراهم آورد. یافتههای این تحقیق تأکید میکنند که تفسیر رفتار دمایی شهر نیازمند توجه به تعاملات پیچیده میان متغیرهای محیطی و انسانی است. در آینده، گسترش تحلیلهای میانرشتهای با تلفیق دادههای انسانی نظیر ترافیک، مصرف انرژی و طراحی شهری، میتواند درک کاملتری از سازوکار SUHII و راهکارهای مقابله با آن فراهم آورد.
