بهبود برآورد پارامترهای بیوفیزیکی برنج با نقشه‌برداری فتوگرامتری چندطیفی پهپادی

پهپادها به‌دلیل قدرت تفکیک مکانی بالا، هزینه‌ی نسبتاً کم و قابلیت تصویربرداری در بازه‌های زمانی مختلف، به یکی از ابزارهای کلیدی در سنجش از دور و کشاورزی دقیق تبدیل شده‌اند. در این پژوهش، امکان‌سنجی استفاده از تصاویر چندطیفی حاصل از پهپاد مجهز به سنجنده Sequoia برای تخمین پارامترهای بیوفیزیکی و بیوشیمیایی گیاه برنج بررسی شد. داده‌ها در سه مرحله‌ی فنولوژیکی از اراضی شالیزاری مرکز تحقیقات کشاورزی CAPIC در استان مازندران برداشت گردید.در مرحله‌ی نخست، تصاویر پهپادی پس از ارزیابی کیفیت و حذف نویز، تحت تصحیحات تابشی و هندسی قرار گرفتند. سپس شاخص‌های طیفی منتخب شامل NDVI، GNDVI، LCI، NDRE، NDWI و SIPI2 استخراج شدند تا اطلاعاتی درخصوص وضعیت سبزینگی، میزان کلروفیل، آب برگ و سلامت فیزیولوژیکی گیاه فراهم شود. در ادامه، بازتاب طیفی پوشش گیاهی با استفاده از مدل فیزیکی PROSAIL شبیه‌سازی و فرآیند معکوس‌سازی آن به روش جداول مرجع (LUT) برای برآورد پارامترهای بیوفیزیکی از جمله شاخص سطح برگ (LAI)، مقدار کلروفیل برگ (Cab)، محتوای آب برگ (Cw) و ضریب ساختاری (N) اجرا شد. داده‌های میدانی برداشت‌شده جهت اعتبارسنجی نتایج به کار رفتند و عملکرد مدل با شاخص‌های آماریو RMSE ارزیابی گردید. نتایج نشان داد که تصاویر چندطیفی پهپادی دقت بالایی در تخمین پارامترهای گیاهی فراهم می‌کنند و مدل PROSAIL توانسته است روندهای فنولوژیکی گیاه برنج را با موفقیت بازتاب دهد. به‌طور خاص، دقت برآورد پارامترهای کلروفیل و ضخامت برگ بسیار بالا بود (R²≈0.996)، در حالی‌که خطای اندکی (RMSE<0.2) در برخی مراحل رشد مشاهده شد.در مجموع، یافته‌ها حاکی از آن است که ادغام داده‌های چندطیفی پهپاد با مدل‌های فیزیکی نظیر PROSAIL می‌تواند ابزاری کارآمد برای پایش رشد گیاه و بهینه‌سازی مدیریت نهاده‌ها در چارچوب کشاورزی دقیق فراهم آورد. با این حال، محدودیت‌هایی همچون تمرکز مکانی محدود و هزینه‌ی بالای سامانه‌های تصویربرداری وجود دارد که در پژوهش‌های آینده می‌توان با گسترش محدوده‌ی مکانی و به‌کارگیری الگوریتم‌های یادگیری ماشین و یادگیری عمیق، بر آن‌ها غلبه کرد.
