fa توسعه رویکردی برای ایجاد نقشه عدالت مکانی سلامت شهری و اعتبارسنجی از طریق اطلاعات مکانی داوطلبانه (مطالعه موردی: منطقه 6 کلانشهر تهران) سامانه های اطلاعات مکانی GIS پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:12px;">عدالت مکانی سلامت شهری (USEH) ارتباط نزدیکی با استانداردهای کیفیت زندگی و سطح توسعه‌یافتگی شهری دارد. <span dir="RTL" lang="FA"><span style="line-height:115%">ارزیابی آن در عملکرد وضعیت بهداشت عمومی و برنامه‌ریزی شهری بسیار اهمیت دارد. </span></span>هدف این پژوهش <span dir="RTL" lang="FA"><span style="line-height:115%">توسعه رویکردی برای تهیه و ارزیابی نقشه </span></span> USEH <span dir="RTL" lang="FA"><span style="line-height:115%">با استفاده از دو مجموعه داده شامل </span></span> اطلاعات مکانی مرجع و اطلاعات مکانی داوطلبانه (VGI) می‌باشد. <span dir="RTL" lang="FA"><span style="line-height:115%">تا دقت نقشه‌های حاصل از هر دو نوع مجموعه‌داده تعیین شود. </span></span>این پژوهش در منطقه 6 کلانشهر تهران انجام شده‌است. در این تحقیق ابتدا معیارهای موثر بر میزان USEH تعیین گردید. نقشه معیارها با تحلیل‌های مکانی و تصمیم گیری چند معیاره و نقشه نهایی USEH با تلفیق نقشه معیارها تهیه شد. به منظور اعتبارسنجی نقشه تهیه‌شده، مجددا نقشه USEH براساس اطلاعات VGI ارائه‌شده توسط شهروندان تولید گردید و با نقشه حاصل از داده‌های مرجع مورد مقایسه قرار گرفت. میزان USEH برای شهروندان در 5 سطح، از بسیار مناسب تا بسیار نامناسب طبقه‌بندی شده‌است. براساس نقشه USEH بدست‌آمده از داده‌های مرجع، تقریباً 62 درصد از منطقه مورد مطالعه دارای عدالت مکانی مناسب یا بسیار مناسب بوده‌است. مقایسه نقشه حاصل از VGI با نقشه مرجع، میزان 72 درصد مطابقت را نشان داد. تعیین و ارزیابی USEH برای مناطق مختلف با استفاده از روش‌ها و فناوری‌های نوین یک گام اساسی جهت کمک به تصمیم‌گیران حوزه سلامت به منظور مدیریت و تخصیص منابع می‌باشد. انتظار می‌رود نتایج تحقیق حاضر به عنوان یک معیار مهم جهت تصمیم‌گیری در حوزه سلامت و افزایش عدالت مکانی در برخورداری شهروندان از امکانات و مولفه‌های سلامت مورد توجه قرار گیرد.</span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;">Spatial equity of urban health (USEH) is closely related to quality-of-life standards and urban development. <span style="line-height:107%">Its evaluation is very important in the performance of public health and urban planning.&nbsp; The aim of this research is to develop an approach to prepare and evaluate the USEH map using two data sets including reference location information and Volunteered Geographic Information (VGI).&nbsp; To determine the accuracy of the maps obtained from both types of data sets</span>. This research was carried out in district 6 of Tehran metropolis. In this research, the effective criteria of the amount of USEH were first determined. The criteria map was prepared with spatial analysis and multi-criteria decision-making, and the final USEH map was prepared by combining the criteria map. To validate the prepared map, the USEH map was again produced based on the VGI information provided by the citizens and compared with the map obtained from the reference data. The amount of USEH for citizens is classified into 5 levels, from very suitable to very unsuitable. Based on the USEH map obtained from the reference data, approximately 62% of the study area has good or very good spatial equity. Comparison of the VGI map with the reference map showed a 72% match. Determining and evaluating USEH for different regions using new methods and technologies is a fundamental step to help health decision-makers in order to manage and allocate resources.
