fa مروری بر روش‌ها و مدل‌های مورد استفاده در شناسایی تغییرات کاربری‌ اراضی با تکیه بر سنجش ‌از‌ دور و GIS (با تاکید بر مطالعات صورت گرفته در کشور ایران) فتوگرامتری و سنجش از دور Photo&RS ترویجی Tarviji <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">در دهه‌های اخیر</span></span></span> <span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">با رشد جمعیت، توسعه صنعت، افزایش شهرنشینی، کاهش منابع طبیعی</span></span></span> <span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">و گسترش حاشیه‌نشینی، مشکلات زیادی در مدیریّت و برنامه‌ریزی شهری و منابع طبیعی پدید آمده است. از طرف دیگر با پیشرفت روزافزون علم و فناوری، بشر به راهکارهای جدیدی برای مقابله با مشکلات دست یافته است. کاربری اراضی به صورت کلی به مفهوم کاربرد زمین در شرایط کنونی است که با گذشت زمان این کاربری‌ها دستخوش تغییر می&shy;شونددر این راستا استفاده از تصاویر ماهواره‌ای که ابزار پیشرفته و مناسبی برای پایش تغییرات محیط پیرامون می‌باشند، می‌تواند ما را در بررسی این تغییرات کمک کند. تحقیقات زیادی در زمینه کاربری اراضی با رویکرد‌ها و هدف‌های مختلف صورت گرفته و همچنین روش‌های زیادی برای طبقه‌بندی تصاویر و آشکارسازی تغییرات کاربری‌ها ارایه شده&shy;اند. تحقیق حاضر</span></span></span> <span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">از جنبه‌های مختلف، ابعاد و مسائل مطرح در مطالعات تغییرات کاربری اراضی انجام شده در کشورمان ایران را مورد بررسی قرار می‌دهد و به بررسی و مرور روش‌های مربوطه می‌پردازد. در هر یک از تحقیقات صورت گرفته الگوریتم‌ها و روش‌های مختلفی معرفی و پیاده‌سازی شده‌اند که منجر به جواب&shy;ها و صحت‌های گوناگونی شده است. صحت هر یک از روش‌ها متناسب با داده‌های ورودی و الگوریتم‌های مورد استفاده می‌باشد به عبارت دیگر هیچ روش و الگوریتمی را نمی‌توان به طور مطلق بر سایر روش‌ها و الگوریتم‌ها برتر دانست.</span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;">In recent decades, there have been many problems in urban management and planning due to the population growth, industrial development, urbanization, natural resource depletion and marginalization. On the other hand, with the advent of science and technology, human beings have new solutions to the aformentioned problems. Land use generally means that the use of land in the present situation, that changes over the times. In this regard, the use of satellite imagery, which is an advanced tool for monitoring environmental changes, can help us to investigate these changes. Many studies have been conducted on land use with different approaches and goals, as well as many methods for classifying images and detecting changes in applications. The present research examines various aspects of the dimensions and issues in land use change studies conducted in Iran and reviews the relevant methods. In each of state-of-the-art research, various algorithms and methods have been introduced and implemented that have led to various results and verifications. The correctness of each method is proportional to input data and used algorithms.
